Hardware support

We offer on-going support for all our products, from a single lens or light through to smart cameras and complex systems. And we offer extended warranties on key products where required.

Systems support

We understand the importance of ongoing support once we have installed your system, and based on the valued feedback we receive from our customers we have developed a comprehensive support package offering:

  • Hardware support, in and out of warranty
  • System set-up support
  • Trouble-shooting
  • New component configurations
  • System enhancements
  • On-going maintenance and support contracts

This support may take several forms, but where possible we are keen to provide remote access, via internet/ethernet or modem/dial-up, enabling us to respond quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.
